This website is an online learning resource for the students in DNES705. It is not possible to present the entire course online as it is taught at Loma Linda School of Dentistry. Consequently, this site is meant to be simply a resource for studying and practicing the science and art of cariology.

Anyone interested in cariology is welcome. This is a forum for learning and sharing knowledge. Please respect the varying levels of comprehension and foster an environment where we all can learn from each other. This subject is highly controversial and thrillingly complex, therefore it’s unlikely that any one statement can be entirely true or false. We will use peer reviewed publications as our guide to assemble logical theories, but only the highest levels of evidence will be considered “Facts.”
